The series of low-voltage large-power totally closed-cage 3-phase asynchronous motor Y3 is designed based on the adoption of new materials, new processes and reliable technologies, thus to meet the demand from domestic and foreign markets. The adoption of a high-strength cast iron structure for the frame with orthogonally distributed radiation ribs gives the motor a great integral rigidity. The motor has two separate cooling air passages that make the motor operates in lower temperature and more reliably. The motor adopts insulation class F, protection class IP55, rated voltage 380V/660V, rated frequency 50HZ, mounting type IMB3, IMB35, IMV1, cooling mode IC411. With small size, light weight, compact structure, high efficiency and low noise, the series can meet customers’ environmental protection requirements.
Purpose
This series is suitable to drive compressor, ventilator, water pump, crusher, metal-cutting machine, coal mill and transportation machineries, and can be used as a primary mover in mining, mechanical, petrochemical industries and other industrial and mining enterprises. When ordering a motor used to drive air blower, coal mill, crusher or rolling mill, customers shall provide relevant technical data to ensure the motor operate reliably.
