TBVF series low-speed high-torque permanent magnet direct drive motor is suitable for underground coal mine environments with explosive mixtures of methane and coal dust. The motor adopts ExdⅠMb explosion-proof grade. It is a low-speed high-torque permanent magnet synchronous motor dedicated to underground mine belt conveyors. Asynchronous motor + reducer drive mode directly drives the drum of the belt conveyor, shortening the transmission chain.
The motor cooling method is water-cooled, with low temperature rise and low loss. Eliminated the reducer with high failure rate, improved the reliability of the system, and reduced maintenance costs.
